Sarah Munoz brings more than a decade of healthcare experience — and a rare breadth of it — to her role as Integrative Health Manager at Immortelle Integrative Health, where she has served our patients and families for the past four years.
Her path into medicine began on the wellness side of care. Trained as a licensed massage therapist and esthetician, she learned early that healing is delivered through presence and touch as much as through treatment — a conviction that sits at the heart of Immortelle's philosophy. In 2012 she entered clinical healthcare, completing medical assistant training and later training as a sonographer, adding diagnostic depth to her hands-on foundation.
From there, Sarah built her clinical range across some of the most demanding settings in medicine: urgent care, where speed and judgment are everything; cardiology, where precision protects lives; concierge primary care, where she refined the discreet, white-glove standard our clientele expects; and integrative medicine, where all of it came together. Throughout her career she has cared for high-profile patients and families who require not only clinical excellence, but privacy, anticipation, and an uncommonly personal touch.
At Immortelle, Sarah leads with our founding belief: that true care treats the whole person — body, mind, and daily life — and meets patients wherever they are, whether through around-the-clock private nursing or visits woven seamlessly into their day. She oversees the integrative experience of every patient in our care, ensuring that the clinical and the human are never separated.
Few people can sit comfortably at a bedside, read an ultrasound, coordinate a cardiology follow-up, and know when what a patient truly needs is simply calm, capable hands. Sarah is one of them.
Teresa Perna, RN, BS

Some people fill a room when they enter it. Teresa Perna gentles one. Patients often say her presence arrives before she does — a warmth, a calm, a feeling of being safe — and that whatever healing follows begins in that moment.
Teresa has spent forty-five years in medicine, the last fifteen devoted wholly to integrative care. She is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science, and she carries all the knowledge those decades at the bedside have given her. But Teresa has never believed that healing lives in the chart alone. A lifelong empath, she feels what her patients feel, often before a word is spoken — and she has spent her life turning that gift into a practice of love.
That practice is rich and many-layered. Teresa is a Reiki practitioner at the mastership level, a certified medical intuitive healer, and a Shiatsu practitioner, and she offers metaphysical and spiritual counseling to patients and families navigating illness, transition, and the questions that come with both. In her hands, these are not separate services but one continuous act of care: listening with more than her ears, touching with intention, and tending to the spirit as faithfully as the body.
Teresa's way of being is Immortelle's philosophy made visible. We believe true care embraces the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — and meets each patient exactly where they are, with tenderness as well as skill. Teresa has lived that belief for forty-five years.
